I am running W4R1 Monday and have done the same as you and yes it looks quite a jump! But 4 weeks ago I could barely run a minute so think how far we have come!
Cut'n'paste: W4 is a step up from W3... just like W3 was a step up from W2. The C25K programme gently stretches you from that couch until you find you're running for 30 minutes non-stop.
As EleanorL says, think how far you have come already, keep progressing week by week and you'll get there.
