I don't recommend it, but I skipped rest days for week 6 due to some travel. Consequently I knew going into run 3 that I wasn't as fresh as I should be. By 18 minutes I was thinking I wasn't going to make it, but I kept putting one foot in front of the other somehow. I called it at 25:24. I ran it at my typical slow-safe pace of 11:30 per, so I'm pretty pleased with how that turned out. Time for a couple days off!
