Yay I've started! I'm shocked by my lack of fitness but so motivated to do this. The last three 1 min runs were pretty horrible but I got home on a high and now feel great. Roll on Monday and R2!

Just follow the plan... take your rest in between runs.... don't forget to breathe ...and with our incredible support you should have a really happy outcome
Well done GGIR, you have done the hardest part, committing and getting started👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼😀
So far( I've just finished W5), I can tell you, every run has provided a high like that after the fact. I will admit that for me at least, I have yet to start getting the buzz and enjoying the running part ( although I live in hope that one day it will) . For now, I'm happy to live with the post run buzz😜
Just remember, " you don't have to be great to start, but you do have to start to get great!"

Good for you it was my first day today too lol ,the first couple of runs seemed of but your right the last few are a bit harder ,my breathing seemed to increase the more I ran ,need to try slowing it down
