Hi I am a graduate from 2015. I had some minor health issues and restarted C25K in March. I got up to W7R2 and life got in the way( excuses). How should I start again to finish this up once and for all? I feel hopeless.

You haven't been away for that long...I'm sure graduates will know, but I bet that you wont have lost all of your fitness from March + 7 weeks.

See it as a holiday. Don't be disheartened, the fact that you are back here shows the extent of your grit and determination!

Thank you for the encouraging words. Like most, we are always hardest on ourselves. Enjoy your weekend

You have to go out and find out where you are in terms of fitness. You could try a run from say week 3 and if it is relatively easy then do a week 4 run next etc. etc. Once you find your level stick with the programme from there on in.

Posting regularly may help you run regularly, because you can't fob us off with half excuses. Creating the habit is a major part of the plan.
