.... and boy was it hard! It was so hot on Monday that I found it very difficult to run the 35 minutes and, I have to admit, I had to slow down on a few occasions a) to catch my breath and b) to sip some water! So, not particularly happy I am going to do it again tonight but on the treadmill out of the heat of the sun!! Thanks again to all the superbly amazing, lovely, gorgeous, fantabuloso folk on here for all your support and kindness xx
