Feeling sorry for myself

I completed W3R1 on Monday and was buzzing at my 3 minutes of brilliance!

Yesterday morn I caught my heal under my front door... so now I've got a pretty nasty wound - feeling glad it's sunny because I'm only been able to wear flip flops!

How long do you think I've got before I lose all the progress I've made?

I was so looking forward to my next run tomorrow but it's out of the question.

Oh no πŸ˜«πŸ˜” they say it takes 2 weeks to lose any progress. I hope it heals swiftly. Use Bapantham or Sudocreme to speed the healing process and keep it clean. Fingers crossed it won't be long until your pounding the pavement again run buddy 🀞🀞🀞
