Hi, I used to try running myself but would find my self walking most the time without much motivation. This app has me more motivated, I have only done 2 runs from week 1 so far. Just worried that when I get up the weeks I will find it very hard.

Don't doubt the programme. A lot of us have come to this a bit more mature having not run for 30+ years. Take each week and each run at a time and take it slowly. Each week is designed to challenge you but also designed to make it achievable meaning that you then have the motivation to carry onto the next week. The walking is also part of building up your stamina so it is making your ready for the longer runs. Make sure you take your rest days in between runs.

I've just completed the first 2 runs in week 1 also. Looking at the weeks ahead was making me nervous. Decided just to trust the program and take it run by run, week by week. Although I may change my tune when wk5r3 comes around :)

Don't worry about the weeks ahead, just take each run nice and steady and work through the program. You will be building stamina on the runs and the rest days are important for your muscles to strenghen.

Keep positive and enjoy your successes.😊 Post your progress on here and we will cheer you on or answer any questions.

Good luck...
