Hi all,

Did wk3 r1 on Monday but it was quite hard going and felt quite disheartened 🙁but today I found run 2 ok and managed no problem until the walk at the end, I think I pulled a muscle in my thigh it's agony! 😢

Rest until the pain goes and try gentle walking to see how it feels before running.

Make sure you stretch after each run. Well done on W3R2 🙂

Thanks 😊 I rested yesterday and it didn't feel as painful this morning so I've been out for a long walk and it seems ok. Fingers crossed I'll be able to do W3 R3 tomorrow morning. 😀
