Over two months invested and still getting up before 6am to run! It must be commitment and the fact I enjoy it so much! Now I am absolutely pooped! 3.7km in 28mins ... I added 30secs a km to my pace it seems... though I was conscious of the extra 3 minutes 😬
PMA came in very handing at points and realised I am a loud runner in terms of my breathing, particularly breathing out! Need to work on running silently but scared that I am stuck in a habit now!

As long as you are breathing, it really does not matter how loud it is..
Well done you...getting close now, so just keep it steady and slow, as ever... speed and distance can follow as you continue to build up, after Graduation!!!
As our Laura would say, it is good to finish with style and with something left in the tank!
These early morning runs are wonderful aren't they.. sets us up for the day!
It's amazing! Normally I would have stayed in bed until the last minute before having a shower but this way I'm up, running, putting a wash on and I'm full of morning cheer when the little one gets up too!
I manage a 20 sec sprint at the end ... (well faster run 😜)
I was always an early bird even when worked.. I did not run then, ( I was a teacher) but walked every morning, usually before 6.30 and then got back and had time to do stuff like you, before anyone was up ! Now, I still do my early runs and feel the same
Have a lovely day with your small one.. you have a head start
