I am really considering getting me and my fiancee involved in this as it would be a great way of getting more active and start shedding some weight before the wedding. Also I would love to do it as a lifestyle change as well. How many times a week should you go out

Download the C25K podcast and follow the instructions... three times a week, rest days in between etc. This may aid in weight loss, but may not as it is not specifically a weigh loss programmes.

It will make you fitter, physically and mentally and linked with a healthy eating regime...perfect to get you in trim!

It may be one of the best things you have done.. until you get married that is :)

If you follow the NHS couch to 5k, like most of us on here are doing, you'll do three runs each week.
