Gremlins tackled and a lesson learned...

W3R1 was really great. Armed with some good mantras I kicked out the doubting gremlins at run 2 and managed to control my breathing a bit better aswell. It felt really good! So good in fact that I decided to do W3R2 the next day. All I can say is ouch. Not a good idea for me 😕. Thighs and knees now very stiff, and annoyed with myself!

Oh well, lesson well and truly learned. Going to give the legs/knees two days to recover before attempting W3R3....
