Onwards and upwards!

After Monday's new lease of life, I went out again on Wednesday and repeated the same run (with a little extra at the end to get to the end of the road!).

So today I went for a 25 minute run (used week 6 run 3 podcast) - and did it! Yay!

Only one sight hiccup when my jacket (which I had taken off and tied round my waist) got caught on a fence post as I went round a corner!!
