Really starting to enjoy this running malarkey!

Didn't run yesterday as decided to have an extra rest day because of my painful calves (have taken up residence on the bottom stair too) and was twitching so much to get out running that I was out the door this morning within 15 minutes of getting out of bed! Off to play with my 'friendly' foam roller now- the joys!

I can really sympathise- I too suffer with aching calves, only the latter weeks of the programme - some runs they are fine but most they are not. I use my sons foam roller - it's a good pain isn't it, because you feel it's really doing something!! No pain no gain, definitely true!! 😊
