If you would have told me on week 1 that by this run I would do 20 mins without stopping, would have said no chance.

But yesterday I completed this run which I now say is a major achievement.

Tomorrow I am doing the 5k pretty muddy for cancer research and feel so much fitter with doing this app.

I am going to jog and walk not to get any injuries. I will return for W6R1 on Tuesday.

Well excited and impressed with this app.

Good luck for tomorrow, you seem to have a sensible plan to get round and a massive well done on the 20 minute run.
