I'm amazed I've done it, or should I say my legs let me do it. It feels like they are the only things stopping me, but I guess they'll submit to it sooner or later. Have a great weekend all.

Well done.. they may be the only thing stopping you, but they are the things which will carry you through!
Slow and steady and make sure you take your rest days and maybe a bit of extra exercise on those days too. Strength and Flex are really useful exercises to do alongside the C25K programme
