Wk1R4 complete

Just finished week 1 and done 1 of the days twice as i didnt save my very first day......however i have seen 4 sunrises this week and they were amazing!! My first week has not put me off although i have to say i feel like i am shuffling and not jogging at times but after being a 30 a day smoker and giving up 16 month ago i really dont think i am doing too bad.....bring on wk2!!!

Shuffling is ok! Don't worry about it. I was still shuffling when I did my first race 😃 Lifting your legs in a running motion is very hard, and it takes some time to build up your fitness and strength. Just keep plugging away nice and slowly, taking your rest day and you will get there. You better believe it 😃🏃‍♀️

"Not doing too bad"?? You are doing awesome.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼You will see on here, that any run is better than no run, but as a beginner like you , I prefer, "Any movement, is better than none". Trust in yourself, trust in the program and shine like the star you are🌟🌟🌟
