Attempted W1D1 this morning - struggled and ended up walking most of it (managed 1.5 runs). Not put off, as I know it'll take time to build up my stamina and maybe a few W1s before moving on to W2. Aching a little still feels better than having sat all day. Onwards and upwards..!

Welcome and well done for getting started. Every time you go out you'll get stronger. You'll read this many times ... there's no hurry, keep it slow slow, slow ... make sure you have at least one rest day between runs ... and trust the programme, it works, there's lots of us here all shapes and ages which prove it. Happy running!
