Building up my walking so I will be getting closer to been able to run again. I can feel I am getting stronger.

What a great idea! I feel rubbish at the moment and because of it haven't run/walked since Friday! I am only in week 2 r3 ( to do) but I don't want to have to start from scratch due to a long break . I am hoping tomorrow morning I will feel well enough to complete it 😬😅 x
