Such beautiful weather for running ; the fresh sunshine, the blue sky, springs lambs, my favourite time of the year. I graduated last August but have not been able to run for the last 2 months due to long term hip bursitis . I won't bore you with the medical saga (not sure when or whether I will be able to run again) but just to say enjoy those precious moments when you are out running on your own, inspired by the music you are listening to and waiting for the tired exhilaration when you have completed a good run . I do so miss it. So cherish your journey and progress, and how ever hard it gets, take a moment to be grateful you get to run.

So sorry that you've been unable to run for a while and I hope the bursitis gets sorted out soon. And thanks so much for this reminder to count our running blessings!
