Well, I'm shocked and pleased with myself this morning, 3 weeks ago I was really struggling breathing and getting through the 60 second runs!! I also never thought I'd cope with the 90 second runs last week let alone the 3 minute runs this week, but I completed them fine πŸ˜€ Didn't struggle to much with breathing either πŸ˜€ The distance I run is shorter at the mo as I've slowed my runs down as think I was going too fast lol but all in all, i did it πŸ˜€πŸ˜€

    Distance comes later... just getting to Week nine and running the thirty minutes comfortably is the plan :)
