I did it! As promised I bring eclairs to celebrate my third run of Week 9.

It was a very grey damp day here in Lincoln and I thought should I go or not? But I couldn't not! As I set off the drizzle stopped and because of the way this week has been I ended up running in a new area that I hadn't done before so wasn't sure how far to go. But it worked out fine weather wise and route wise :-).

So feeling pretty chuffed with myself and would just like to say thank you to all of you here who have given me constant encouragement and support. So now looking forward to getting that 5k to within 30 minutes!

Enjoy the eclairs :-).

I'm fine, thanks :) Had a rather nasty internal scan this morning (too much info!) so was feeling a bit sorry for myself. Tomorrow will be better! X

Aww thank you. It is just such a good feeling when you think approaching Wk4 that you're NEVER gonna manage 5 minutes and now look at us. I'm going to keep running with Laura for a week or two just because I am having to spend a lot of time with my Mum in hospital atm and if I stick with Laura I won't have to think too much. Once Mum is home again I thought about looking at a Park Run maybe.

Enjoy your hols and catch up soon x
