I'm feeling chuffed as I completed W6 R3 yesterday without too much difficulty. I took everyone's advice and took it slow and steady and completed the 25 mins with a big smile on my face. The first half was the toughest part mentally, but when I turned round at 12.5 mins I knew I could finish it. I was able to pick up the pace for the last couple of minutes which felt great. Now I can call myself a runner. 😀

My legs are tired this morning but in a good way and I'm looking forward to the start of week 7 on either Monday or Tuesday next week.
