Well, wk9 r1 blitzed this morning and just one on Monday and one on Wednesday to get through with my C25K group and then it's our official 5K Graduation Run on Saturday! I'm so proud to get to this stage and after afew stops and starts with the plan. Now I'm excitedly planning my "running career" hoping to do three 5k runs a week and it's just a case of deciding which clubs to join! 💪🏻🏃♀️
