After living in portugal for 9 months im finally back in the game! Did try this over there getting to week 3 but the 40 degree sun made it impossible! Started from week 1 again and enjoyed it! 3 months to get this "living abroad with yummy food" weight off!! Cant wait for a new healthy me!!😊👍🏼😁🏃🏻‍♀️
