I haven't been able to run since last Thursday and I felt so bad! Long drive back from France then a few crazy days at work. Went back today and it was much easier than my last run. Feeling so good tonight!
And on top of that I've lost so much weight I'm almost back to my former figure before children (I was a size 8-10) I'm a 10 again!!
