Second run complete. Run with my partner so was slightly faster than run 1. Do have a bit of a sore toe (dance injury). Was good, still scared of slippy leaves x

Well done but don't get too hung up on speed, it could be your downfall. The forum mantra is if the going gets tough slow down then slow down some more. You need to build strength and stamina. Keep posting on this fab forum. You will find plenty of support, advice and humour. Look forward to hearing how you get on. Happy running

Just slow and steady, especially at the start. It is the way, and you will hear this advice from so many of us...watch out for those leaves, they are lethal
