Ouch! This was so hard! I'm in the south of France for a few days and it was really hot (24°c) mid day (usually run at night) and it wad so hard. Managed to run the 25 minutes and a cover a total distance of 4.5k but it was by far the hardest one of all worn allergies to trees etc.

But I'm glad I did not listen to anygremlins!!s

don't think you're going to get much sympathy for suffering in the south of france!!!

Just really slow, that is all you can do. I was in France in August, only managed a few very early morning runs, as the temp was hitting 41 degrees... Just get out really early and take it slower than the slowest escargot :)

Sounds like a good distance for the time.

Are you going a bit too paced?

Well done - that' a very respectable distance for 25 minutes! The best time to run is in the evening - I'm near Montpellier and I love running just before sunset, the temperature is just right and the sky is beautiful.
