5 days ago I started my C25K but experienced severe pain in shin and calf area.. so I continued with brisk walk only.. today i repeat level 1 day 1 and Yahoooo!! I completed it successfully and just a slight pain in shin...

Great! Just remember to stretch after each run.

Well done- I hope you are very pleased with yourself, you've obviously got great determination - good on you for persevering after a more difficult-than-is-fair start !

As Irishprincess says, remember to do the stretches-it really prevents that awful stiffness next day.
