just finished week 5 run 3, not my fastest time but I did complete it without stopping, such a great feeling of joy being able to succeed at completing such a run, its mind over ability now I think before the run I was still thinking how am I going to combat a 20minute non stop run? but I did and I feel elated and wanted to share.

I am going to do week 5 run 3 tomorrow and am very apprehensive as it seems such a massive leap having only just done my first 8 minute run yesterday! Still they must know what they are doing right??? My plan is to go slow and steady and try not to count the minutes. I do all the runs with my miniature poodle who is sailing through it, although this does mean that a good run is often interrupted when nature calls!!! 😂

Slow and steady I would recommend it's so good when you hit half way and 15 minutes it's an amazing feeling good luck
