Can't run at the moment...

...because of a mild cold turning into a not-so-mild cough. It's all very frustrating, as I was planning to start parkrun this week, so I took myself off shopping for some retail therapy. We have a new Decathlon opened up in town, so I bought myself a new long-sleeved running top and a running belt, as I always end up juggling car-keys, phone etc. The most surprising thing is that a complete exercise-phobe is really desperate to go out running!
