Week 5,Run 1

Started dry,mid run rain,then tailed off to a drizzle. Still a bit pacy but coping fine with that,knocked 28secs off my best - must surely mean I'm getting fitter? Down to 7'40"/km at this stage and I feel I'm going way slow! But trying to pace it for the longer stints ahead . Still really happy with the efforts at this stage - was a big grin and a fist pump at the end of the run today! :)

My iPod tracker had the voice of Tiger Woods at the end telling me what a great effort it was and that it was the best session I'd done to date (you do the jokes on Tiger!)
