Well that was...ok. It turns out five minutes is tough but do-able. I walked up to the park before turning on the podcast, and the extra ten minutes or so that gave me seemed to help me loosen up. I wasn't having to run with stiff legs anyway.
But good grief, that second five minutes...! my breathing went, my legs got really heavy and I was very, um, "glowing" by the end...and looked like a jogging lobster no doubt.
Fortunately there were squirrels to entertain me on the last minute, zig zagging along in front of me, the show -offs🐿🐿😀. A very timely distraction, but I'm sure they were laughing at me!
So,I am elated I managed it, as I would not have been able to just two or three weeks ago. But I am hoping it gets a bit easier before next week.
Sufficient unto the day and all that, so although I know what happens at the end of next week, I am just thinking rabbits rabbits rabbits anytime I hear the words " week five" or , whisper, "twenty"...
