Hi it's in Mooloolaba in Oz. Yep lots and lots of training which I am planning on doing. Have done weeks 1 and 2 and am now on week 3.

I live in a hilly part of Somerset and so am desperately trying to move away from the treadmill into outdoors.

I would say go through the program without hills if possible then after either do speed or hill training on different days, hills and speed on the same day is a lot for your muscles to cope with. My first event was a triathlon and I loved it, Happy training,

How exciting! I would suggest cross training too to really build up your stamina and strength. Rowing, weights, Pilates, yoga are all good for the body. Good luck and keep us posted. I can't wait to see the photos!
