Laxative or is it just me!!! Also has the added benefits of reducing your incidence of type 2 diabetes, stroke, heart attack and increasing your mental well being. Sorry that the district nurse coming out in me! Just done a very slow 30 min post grad run outside and feeling good after my bad week last week. Have a good day what ever your goals

Yes it has that effect on me! Go before you go, then again once the run has finished.

Yes, it does keep us very regular, my wife who recently graduated mentioned it as well..well done for getting where you are, I believe your starting to feel the benefit's? I know I have...good to have a nurse on here, it must be good for us...😊

Hasn't had that effect on me yet! But I agree on prescribing by doctors. I'm not sure my surgery have even heard about it!
