A new week in the programme starts. When I started this morning I had no idea what Laura had in store for me. Three minutes seemed quite a step up in continuous running from last week. So slow and steady was my motto. And that worked beautifully. As I didn't turn back until I had gone more than halfway through the session I was still about 5 minutes from home when I had completed the podcast. So I ran for an extra two minutes and walked for the last three to warm down. Mea culpa! I promise to stick to the plan.
