Just completed week7 R3 and feel proud of myself for doing it, but that was the hardest run so far, feeling a little nervous as to how I'm going to push myself a further 3 minutes next week, any tips or advice

Well done on chalking off another week :)

Just "run" as slowly as necessary. Try and pace yourself, so that you might even have a little energy left by the end of the run.

I did a new route today as I was away from home - made a big difference! Good luck - you're just ahead of me!

I guess the only way is to think positive thoughts and slow down. But I like Spongecake7 idea of a new route. It could help offer a nice distraction.
