So today was my longest run of the 5k program I have been doing for the past 5 weeks. I was jus as excited and tensed as I was before the Week 5 Run 3 of the couch to 5k program. I dint think then I could do it and I dint think yesterday that I could do this. 10 miles is a huge distance for me. Nevertheless I was up before my alarm and went out by 5.15 am. I knew pace wasn't a concern so I kept a slow steady pace.
Guess what I have run for 2 hours non stop... 10miles (16km). I still can't believe it. So whoever is struggling to do the program, have faith in it. It will take you much beyond 5k.
