.... and then I got the flu which mutated to catarrh which went onto the chest ... so no running for 4 weeks! I've gone back to W5R1 (my nemesis first time round when I pulled my calf muscle). Got round OK. Coughed a lot on the walks but I WILL FINISH THIS PROGRAMME!
