Rainy run

Wow! Here we are and it's almost Christmas. Work has been bonkers lately and the work, tiredness, and darkness conspired to make me lose my running mojo for a few days. Today I had had enough. I went out for a rather soggy run in the rain and ran 3.46km in 30 minutes. Not horrible for me. I feel relaxed and accomplished now. I hate feeling like a slug. I'm ready to relax on my leave time (4 days off). Merry Christmas to everyone!

Well done ☺ I hate feeling like a slug anorl. At least if we do feel sluggish with all the Christmas excess we can head out and run it off 😊
