I haven't posted for a while but do try and keep up with things.
My knee finally seems to be improving so I am getting back to some decent runs. Just as well I have my first half marathon in March and I need to train after Xmas.
Who would have thought when I was huffing and puffing on week 1 that I would be thinking of running 13 miles.
This programme and forum is amazing and has changed my life. I've met some great new friends and it has given me the confidence to do other things.
So all those now starting out...don't give up. You can and will do. It works......just believe
Happy festive season to you all

Merry Christmas Jules! May the New Year bring you lots of running joy I feel the programme and the forum has changed my life too, I can't wait for the days to start getting longer again for running and get myself back on track!
Happy Christmas to you too. I graduated about 12 weeks ago, can't believe that I think about my next run with anticipation now when before I just looked at other people running with admiration, never thinking I would be one. Keep posting 😀😀 Julie
