After a break of 10 days because of yet another injury, was delighted to get back to the plan and finished week 7 today. Can't quite believe that I am getting close to graduation.....started to look at some of the plans for post c25k. afraid I will lose the motivation without a plan to keep me going.
So happy. Reached the end of week 7! - Couch to 5K

Well done for getting back into it after injury, it is good to have a goal to aim for and follow. There is always C25K + to use once graduated, or you can sign up and use Parkruns on a Saturday, they are very friendly and encouraging. Good luck with the rest of the programme.
