Done 2 runs of this week, the second on with my brain telling me to stop about 4 times would a change of route be a good idea for tomorrow I wonder?

Well done for getting so far. You are so close to the finish line now. Change of route may be a good idea. I used to change mine for pretty much every run, as if I didn't I would find myself comparing with previous runs when I reached certain landmarks and songs on the podcast. My advice, although you may be sick of hearing it from people, is to take it slow and just get through the runs. Best of luck tmrw. X
we are the same age and exactly at the same stage of this C25K thang. I need a change of route too but it would mean running in public rather than on the salt line where it is relatively quiet. Im doing W7R3 tomo,hopefully!
You might want to walk out the new route first in order to be sure there are no roadblocks or suicide hills, but yeah, a change would probably help. Don't give up now!!!!
