Week 6 R 3 completed

Finished week 6 this evening, first 5 minutes was extremely difficult, by 10 minutes I had settled down to a very slow pace, time passed quickly enough though I did not think that it would. I turned around as usual half way through podcast, Quite weird running (snails pace) along the canal path that all those weeks ago I did week1 etc. now today I ran all the way, breathing not to bad, though pushed myself for the last five minutes. very chuffed/pleased that I did 25 minutes of running and covered 1.85 of a mile ( I think, used run keeper for 1st time).
