Week 5 time-warp!

I'm ashamed to say how long I've been stuck on Week 5 (my last post is a clue). I keep missing runs, and didn't have the gumption to go beyond W5R1. Well, I did W5R2 yesterday, so despite the aching legs, I'm feeling good about it. Question is: will I do R3 tomorrow?

Absolutely! The programme has prepared you for each run so go for it. Take it nice and slowly and steady and get an image in your head that will help you mentally. Then enjoy that epic feeling afterwards!

Believe in yourself; trust the programme; go for it! You can and you will!

It looks scary, right?

So do it as slowly as you can, smile as often as you can (a cute baby/dog/cat! A pretty flower! Etc) and keep going just a bit longer than you think you can. You can! 😀

How will you feel if you actually do it, imagine, once u can do a 20 minute run, you are on the road to graduating! Just take your time and imagine all the praise u will get from us when we see ur post LOL 😀
