Got home early tonight as walked home was starting to feel nice cup of tea and feet up instead of going for a run,arrived home and hubby was also not wanted to go....

But we did it,a beautiful evening in London Town and brilliant run to match

Longest distance to date..,whoop whoop...off to celebrate with a glass of cider 🏃🍺

Great well done you. It can be hard forcing yourself out after work. I always feel better when I do though.
