Week 2, second run tomorrow

Ridiculously excited and looking forward to the second run tomorrow. Do quite a bit of fairly strenuous walking, so week 1 was fine. Taking it steadily, under Laura's very capable guidance, especially at my age (66). Happy to say I don't feel it!
