W7D3 complete. Took an extra 5 minutes to warm up. Averaged just over 15 min/ mile including warmup and cool down walking bits. I've had a bit of burning and aching in my lower legs throughout C25K. I think a bit of tendinitis. But not so terrible that I let it stop me. I've been trying extra stretching including both before and after sessions. This one made me feel so awesome...I was smiling during the entire cool down period. Only 6 more runs and I'll be a graduate.
