Oooh thanks for this RFC , I already do number 3 for my hip , so that's good .

These are all great - would add some Rignold single-leg squats too.

Have to say No. 4 does look like it's from the Exorcist...

Safer the other way up I would think. Number 3 I do every morning. Often with a cat walking underneath.
