W5R2 - did it!

Very chuffed with myself tonight. Last week I stopped short (very short) on W5R2 during the second 8 minute run then due to having a few days away I didn't have a chance to repeat it and then do run 3. So this week I just started W5 again and tonight I did run 2 and completed the two 8 minute runs without stopping! So glad I overcame that. It was tough but really not as bad as I thought it was going to be. Planning to do run 3 on Sunday evening.... 20 mins run... must get my positive head on meantime as I am determined to do it!!

Wow, you did brilliantly :) I am only on week 2 and 8 minutes seems like such a long way to go but I'm hopeful! It's really motivating when you hear lots of positive stories. Its goes to show it can be done. Well done :)

hi there it was the same for me in the earlier weeks it was so good to hear of other success stories. Keep reading the posts as they are so motivating and everyone on here is really supportive. The longer run times can seem daunting but once you complete them the feeling is just brilliant so keep going and you'll see what I mean.
