What a weird run. I was really tired when I got home from work today, it took every ounce of will power to get out of the door - I think it will be better doing longer runs than this stopping and starting malarchy! Not sure why we have to do that - but I am keeping the faith and doing as I am told :)

Now I have even more knackered! ha ha

Don't worry... it's just that they are all continuous runs and many people have a 'bad' run somewhere in there (doesn't necessarily mean they have to repeat it, just that it can be a slog)

Lol, well done Melly! I'm doing 6-1 in the morning and was thinking it looked a bit easy compared to 5-3! Hmmm may need to re-think that one! Will report back tomorrow! How weird!!
